Join The Teston Club

To join the Club you need to fill out an application form. The form is available below in either Microsoft Word or Acrobat PDF formats. It is advisable to use the Microsoft Word format so that you can type your application but if you do not have Microsoft Word or just prefer to hand write your application then please print the Adobe PDF file and write in your details. For those of you who are new to the village you do not need to have a seconder as we automatically accept new residents.

Once you have filled in your form please bring it to the Club and give it to the member of staff working behind the bar. You will need to pay your joining fee and annual subscription fee at the same time (currently £7.05 and £20.00 respectively) so do remember to bring you cheque book or some money. Annual subscriptions are payable on the 1st of January each year and if you fail to renew your annual subscription by the 31st January then you must to re-apply to join the Club and a Joining Fee will be payable.

Once you have submitted your form it will be displayed within the Club for a minimum period of 14 days. Your application will be considered by the Committee at the first Committee meeting after the 14 day period has expired. Upon approval you will be sent a Welcome Pack by the Club Secretary.
